Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) full time

Your Responsibilities

  • You offer support in written form to international customers in English language
  • You work with a dedicated customer support team and in close communication to other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Web development.
  • The working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm. Post 6pm hours and Saturdays are home office hours.
  • Majority of support cases are about Sales matters. Credit card, PayPal, Vouchers programs, Customer account management. General product Questions
  • One-year contract with option of permanent contract after first year

Data Scientist (m/f/d) full time

The Candidate

  • You will work next to other software developers of different subject matter focus as the spearhead in the domain of data acquisition, storage and analysis
  • You are responsible to develop with us the next steps into a data driven company that allows us to gain a better understanding of our customers
  • You will be working from conceptualizing and developing an IT, database and analysis structure to processing and analyzing the data in order to advise product design, marketing, sales and business development in different aspects
  • You decide on data points, methodology and infrastructure in close cooperation with the product and application development as well as the web development team

Qualifications

  • Preferably multi-year experience in the field of data science in a Software-based company
  • A strong background in computer science and mathematical and statistical approaches to data handling, preferably including big data / machine learning
  • Experienced in data structuring and database systems
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of analysis software
  • Relevant scripting, programming and database languages know-how and the ability to quickly move into new technical foundations when required
  • Bonus skill: Experience with multi-platform desktop (Mac/Win) software development and abstraction frameworks (e.g. Qt, Electron or others)
  • Profound communication skills both on technical and management level and the ability to collaborate and present within and between both levels
  • Good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken

Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) for software full time

Your Responsibilities

  • You test software plugins in different formats using various DAWs under Windows and OSX
  • You create, enhance and execute complex Test Grids
  • You develop and maintain automated tests together with our developers
  • You conduct investigative tests in order to ensure the high quality of our products
  • You are an active member of our Agile Scrum Team and contribute to the software development cycle
  • You proactively communicate with the Product Owner, Developers, the Project Manager and other Stakeholders

Your Essential skills

  • Successfully completed degree in IT
  • Proficient knowledge of at least one major DAW (Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic)
  • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Java, Ruby)
  • Good knowledge of OSX and Windows
